This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to withdraw the O.P. No.1060 of 2019 on the Principal Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry to be tried along with M.O.P. No.430 of 2019. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsels appearing on either side submitted that the parties have settled the matter out of Court. Hence, the counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
