Heard Mr.M.Duraisamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the petitioner has undertaken to solve the dispute by approaching the District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri as an alternate remedy, the same has been closed by the respondent police on 31.10.2019.
