Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order, which is the subject of this Contempt Petition, has been complied with. The proceedings of the respondent dated 15.12.2023 is placed on record.

ab 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if aggrieved by the said proceedings, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 3.Since the order, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition, has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.

4.However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent dated 15.12.2023 in the manner known to th petitioner under law.
