When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent that the order of this Court dated 25.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.31526 of 2022 has been complied with. The respondent has filed the compliance report stating that on receipt of the petitioner's application dated 14.02.2023, after giving opportunity to all parties, the respondent has passed the final order on the revision preferred by the petitioner. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent that the order of this Court dated 25.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.31526 of 2022 has been complied with by the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
