ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.410 / 2019 on the file of the Inspector of
Police, Chinnasalem Police Station, for an alleged offence under Section 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, dated 03.07.2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.233 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Kallakurichi.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.
