ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1027 days in preferring the petition for Restoration of W.P. No.32628 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned. This Court is also inclined to restore the main W.P. No.32628 of 2014, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of ten days from today, failing which, the order of this Court dated 30.08.2022 in W.P. No.32628 of 2014, shall remain unaltered.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Post the matter on 11.12.2025.
