When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.01.2023, this Court has suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner by the learned XIII Additional Special Court for CBI Cases, Chennai in C.C.No.6 of 2013 vide order dated 24.11.2022, till 15.02.2023.
