Today the matter is listed under the caption "For extension of Time". This Court on 15.04.2025 passed the following orders : " ...................

4. Taking into consideration the award was passed as early in the year 2015 and the claim petition was filed by the revision petitioners in 2016, and is pending consideration for more than 9 years to date, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.12 of 2016, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

2. Now the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu, has sought for further time. In view of the same, time is extended and the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of the case in L.A.O.P. No.12 of 2016 on merits within a period of three months from today.
