The petitioner states that though he is not a named accused, the respondent police is harassing him after the anticipatory bail petition was moved by him, the police reported that no case is pending against him and therefore, anticipatory bail petition was dismissed. 1/3

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent police if at all the petitioner requires for any investigation, he must be called through summons and be investigated.
