This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22259 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the Court.
