The petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22560 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and that the final report has been filed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, and also considering the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
