Since no objection is expressed by Ms.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator for the condonation of delay and also for the reasons set out in the affidavit accompanying the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 4 days in filing the Original Side Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
