ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner says that there may not be any immediate violation as complained of. But the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the court in case of future violation.

2. In view of the petitioner's submission, Contempt Petition No.2084 of 2019 is dropped. In the event there is any breach of the relevant order, the petitioner will be entitled to bring the same to the notice of this court, but by way of independent proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution. There will be no order as to costs.
