This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police in a month i.e., 1st working day of English Calendar month at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.11379 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13833 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee, once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the committal whether P.R.C.No.23 of 2023 is pending and after committal as directed by the concerned Sessions Court.
