The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.253 of 2025, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem, in S.T.C.No.9488 of 2025. 3.
