Prayer:This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent No.1 in TNSE No.II/1/2013 & 2/2013 and to quash its order dated 26.05.2017 and pass such further orders.

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent No.1 in TNSE No.II/1/2013 & 2/2013 and to quash its order dated 26.05.2017.

2. On account of the settlements made between the parties on 05.04.2024 and the other one on 18.04.2024, all the issues involved in this case have been settled. It is submitted by both sides that in order to give quietus to the issues involved in this writ petition, this writ petition is required to be disposed off.

3. Considering the circumstances explained by both sides and after going through the settlements and agreements dated 05.04.2024 and the other on 18.04.2024, this Court is of the opinion that the cause does not survive any more in this writ petition, this writ petition is required to be closed.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed off as per the settlement arrived at between both the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
