There is a marginal delay of 202 days in filing the affidavit of proof of debt before the respondent in C.P.No.123 of 2016. Having considered the averments in the affidavit, Court is of the view this application deserves to be allowed and it is accordingly allowed.

2. The applicant is directed to file the proof within a period of two weeks from today.
