This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.331/2025, dated 18.06.2025 on the file of the respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR in Crime No.331 of 2025 had been registered, for the offences under Sections329(4), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNSS of 2023. After investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No. LTN

20220002357L202500881 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ulunderpet on 18.06. 2025.
