ORDER
(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Complaining that there has been willful disobedience of the orders passed by us in W.P.No.29150 of 2016, this Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. The operative portion of the order in the said writ petition dated 23.03.2023 reads as follows:-
63. In fine, we conclude that the Graduate teachers who have been recruited by transfer as Post Graduate Assistants cannot seek recruitment by transfer as High School Head Masters based on their service as BT 2/4
Assistants in the Tamil Nadu Subordinate Education Service.
3. We do not find any positive direction, we have only held that the Graduate teachers who have been recruited as Post Graduate Assistants cannot seek recruitment by transfer as the High School Head Masters based on their service as BT Assistants.
4. In the absence of any positive direction, we do not think we can entertain the contempt petition. In view of the same, this contempt petition is dismissed.
