This application has been filed to grant the applicant to leave to institute the present suit against the defendant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the records.

3. The suit has been filed for recovery of money based on the agreement dated 02.04.2018. The agreement has been executed within the jurisdiction of this Court but now the defendant is carrying on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

In view of the dispute arose between the parties, it appears that the cause of action occurs within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Accordingly, the application is ordered as prayed for.
