These applications are filed to re-open the evidence of P.W.1, re-call P.W.1 and permit the applicant to exhibit the certified copy of the legal heirship certificate.

2. The applicant states that the evidence of P.W.1 was closed on 05.07.2022. It is stated that this Court directed the applicant to file the legal heirship certificate in course of the hearing on 08.07.2022. Since the said document was filed and exhibited in C.S.No.17 of 2004, the applicant has filed these applications for permission to exhibit the certified copy thereof.

3. Upon considering the submissions of learned counsel and on examining the affidavit in support of these applications, all these applications are liable to be allowed as prayed for. Consequently, all these applications are allowed as prayed for. Consequently, list the matter before learned Master on 20.12.2022 for recording evidence of P.W.1.
