A.No.656 of 2026 in C.S.No.558 of 2015 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J., This application has been filed to extend the time for carrying out amendment of the plaint in C.S.No.558 of 2015 pursuant to the order dated 04.10.2024 made in A.Nos.4709, 4710 and 4711 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, time is extended by four weeks from today for carryingout amendment of the plaint in C.S.No.558 of 2015 pursuant to the order dated 04.10.2024 made in A.Nos.4709, 4710 and 4711 of 2024.

4. This application is allowed accordingly.
