ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for committing Contempt of Court by not obeying the final order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.762 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025. 2.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and obtained interim order.
