ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent herein to dispose of the application of the petitioner for transferring Patta No.1225 vide the Sub Division Patta Transfer vide Can No.133020920437358 and application No.2022/0105/02/283891, dated 12.09.2022 for transfer of patta to and in favour of the petitioner within a time frame.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing, even at the admission stage, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner having been considered was rejected through the order dated 20.12.2022 and he has produced the same before this Court. 2/4

3. In view of the above, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 seeks dismissal of this writ petition.

4. Mr.M.Kempraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since they passed a negative order dated 20.12.2022 and that has been produced before this Court and the copy of the same has been served on the petitioner's counsel, he would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of by recording this development with liberty to the petitioner to challenge this order before the appropriate Appellate Authority.

5. Recording the aforesaid statement, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 20.12.2022 now produced by the respondents before the Appellate Authority. No costs. 20.12.2022 Index : Yes/No Speaking order: Yes/No mp 3/4
