This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 17.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.8573 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this court by Mr. Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate, that the respondents have complied with the order and accordingly issued a Letter No.6007/C2/2025-02, dated 27.11.2025.

3. In view of the same, this court does not find any violation of the order passed by this court, much less deliberate violation. In the circumstances, this contempt petition is closed, however, granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the letter dated 27.11.2025, if so adviced.
