Respondents Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records on the files of the respondents 3 and 4 relating to the issue of impugned orders viz., proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.2071/2012/Sa-1 dated 06.09.2012 and proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.24255/2013/EE1 dated 22.01.2018 and in Na.Ka.No.4362/PD.3/2014 dated 24.12.2016, 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to refix the pay scale for the petitioner as orders by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.451, Finance [Pay Cell] Department, dated 31.12.2010 and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to pay the petitioner the consequent arrears of pay and pension with appropriate interest and with adequate compensation including cost of litigation.
