ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for violating the judgment of this Court dated 23.04.2025 passed in WP.No.14587 of 2025, thereby the respondent had been directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025 and to pass orders within a time frame.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent produced proceedings dated 24.09.2025 issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police of Tiruppur Corporation and submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 23.04.2025 passed in WP.No.14587 of 2025 has been complied with by the aforesaid proceedings dated 24.09.2025.
