After some arguments, Mr.R.Sanjay, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave to withdraw the captioned writ petition but made a plea to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to pursue the matter via a e-portal said to have been launched by CBDT (Central Board of Direct Taxes) for complaints regarding tax evasion/benami properties/foreign undisclosed assets.
