2. Considering the present scenario, this Court is of the view that the Advocate Commissioner is directed to examine the witness on 26.01.2024. Learned counsel appearing for the defendants also has to cross examine the witness on the same day. The entire proceedings shall be video-graphed. The warrant already issued on 07.12.2023 shall continue.

3. Registry is directed to hand over the documents to the Advocate Commissioner by getting the endorsement from the Advocate Commissioner and after completing the proceedings, the same may be returned to this Court.
