Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2023 to investigate and take necessary action based on the complaint by way of representation given by the petitioner dated 23.03.2023. This Writ Petition has been filed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner to investigate the illegalities committed by the sixth and seventh respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that the petitioner is a Sub Contractor under the seventh respondent and there is a contractual dispute between them. Therefore, no enquiry can be conducted based on the representation submitted by the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief as against the seventh respondent. No costs.
