ORDER

When the matter was posted on 28.11.2019, this petition was directed to be closed on the submissions of the learned Government Advocate that the complaint has been closed after enquiry.

2. Today, when the matter is posted under the caption 'For being spoken to', the learned Government Advocate would submit that they had inadvertently submitted that the complaint was closed, where actually the complaint was transferred from the second respondent police to CCB Central Crime Branch, Chennai, on 23.11.2019.

3. Though the order dated 28.11.2019 is yet to be despatched by the Registry, in view of the aforesaid submission made, it would not be appropriate to permit despatching the order. Accordingly, order dated 28.11.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.29972 of 2019 is hereby recalled. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since the complaint has been transferred to the CCB Central Crime Branch, there shall be a direction to the concerned investigating officer of the CCB Central Crime Branch to take further course of action on the petitioner's complaint as expeditiously as possible. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
