It is noticed that by oversight the petitioner in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.425 of 2023 has failed to implead the Guarantor under the loan that was sanctioned to Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Hence, Application No.6002 of 2023 has been filed to implead the Guarantor as the third respondent in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.425 of 2023.

2. Considering the same, Court is inclined to allow this application.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections. The petitioner is also directed to file clean copy of the Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.425 of 2023 incorporating the name of the third respondent.

4. Notice on the third respondent returnable in two weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
