The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 392 r/w Section 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.632 of 2022, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and threatened him with knife point and snatched an amount of Rs.1,850/- from him. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that A1 has been enlarged on bail by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Salem. Hence prays for grant of bail.

anu further submit that the petitioner has got 40 previous cases. Therefore, if he is let out on bail, he would tamper the evidence. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. On seeing the conduct of the petitioner and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and considering the previous cases pending against him, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
