ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) The present petition is filed to condone the delay of 308 days in filing the above appeal. 2.The petitioner states that the delay is on account of the fact that the appeal though ought to have been filed, was believed to have been filed earlier and that the appeal filed was only as against the interlocutory order. The appeal is now been filed as against the main order which is impugned in TCA.No.139/2024.
