The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall deposit 2 original title deeds of immovable property belonging to his wife registered vide documents dated 25.02.2022 and 08.03.2022 at Bihar to the credit of Crime No.61 of 2022, by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25981 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned Magistrate is not ready to accept the title deeds belonging to his wife which is in Bihar language. He would further submit that now the petitioner is ready to translate the same in English and also deposit the translated copy. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. Taking into account the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to deposit two original title deeds of immovable property belonging to his wife along with English translated copy of the documents and the same should be certified by the authorised person. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to furnish the documents before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from today and no further extension of time will be granted hereafter. 14.12.2022 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
