The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station on every day at 10.30 am for until further order in the bail order granted to the petitioner on 12.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22562 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
