This petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Respondent served. Paper Publication has been effected. Proof of Paper Publication is filed.

4. This Arbitration Original Petition is filed by the petitioner against the respondents in connection with the registered Sale Agreement dated 13.05.2014.

5. Without going to the merits of this case and the point of limitation and alleged supplementary agreement, the matter is referred to Arbitration Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai.

6. Accordingly, Hon'ble Mr.Justice T.Ravindran, Former Judge of Madras High Court is appointed as Arbitrator and His Lordship shall conduct the arbitration at Arbitration Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai. The remuneration of the Hon'ble Judge left to discretion of Arbitrator and is entitled for travelling allowance on par with the High Court status.

7. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
