ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representations, dated 25.08.2022 and 18.11.2022 seeking for revocation 1/4

of his suspension by reviewing the same within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has been suspended from service on 12.02.2020. He seeks for revocation of his suspension. He has given representations on 25.08.2022 and 18.11.2022 for the same. Since representations have not been considered till date, he has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that guidelines have been fixed to be followed, whenever a request is made for revocation of suspension order. The guidelines have been framed in G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the petitioner's representation is considered in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022 within the stipulated time fixed under the said G.O., the petitioner will be satisfied.

5. Accordingly, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representations dated 25.08.2022 and 18.11.2022 seeking for revocation of his suspension in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022 within the prescribed time 2/4

fixed under the said G.O.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
