O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(1), 133, 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(S), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 in Crime No.234 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the names of the petitioners are not found in the FIR.

3. It is seen that neither the SC/ST Act is attracted. In any event, the case being under the Special Act where there is a statutory bar for entertaining the anticipatory bail petition, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners herein to approach the Court below and seek appropriate remedy. If any such application is made, the Trial Court shall consider the application preferably on the same day and pass appropriate orders.
