ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2022, seeking for revocation of his suspension by reviewing the same, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.L. Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.L.S.M. Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset, would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if his representation seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order, is considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of G.O.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/4

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2022, seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 06.02.2020, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the light of G.O.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022.
