Heard Mr.V.P.Raman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. The first defendant is the revision petitioner who is a beneficiary under the Will of late P.Sankarasubramani Iyer @ P.S.Subramania Iyer. The first defendant along with the defendants 2 to 4 filed an application in I.A.No.6 of 2025 seeking interim injunction to restrain the first respondent from putting up any additional superstructure in the suit property, pending disposal of the suit and the said Interlocutory application has been filed as early as in March 2025. Considering the urgency, the petitioners have come up with this revision petition seeking direction to the trial Court to expedite the hearing in I.A.No.6 of 2025. Considering the fact that the interlocutory application has been filed for interim injunction to restrain the first respondent from putting up any addition superstructure, the trial Court is directed to hear I.A.No.6 of 2025 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall 2/4
