3. Mr.G.Pavendhan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner in W.P.No.23645 of 2017 and Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the writ petitioner in W.P.No.23753 of 2017, submitted that the prayer sought for in both the Writ Petitions, has become infructuous.

4. Recording the same, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
