Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed against him in the order daed 18/12/2018 made in Crl.Mp.No.17366/2018 in Crl.R.C.No.1477/2018 in such a way that the petitioner may be permitted to sign before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,Hosur, Krishnagiri District once in a month instead of once in a week, pending disposal of the above criminal revision petition. [CRL.MP.NO.16222 OF 2019 ] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.M.DURAISWAMY Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ,ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this court, on the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., by order dated 18.12.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.17366/2018 in Crl.R.C.No.1477/2018.
