These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.Nos.22421, 22373 and 20994 of 2022 in order dated 12.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the RDO report is not yet received.

3. In view of the above submission and also considering the fact that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could not be acceded to. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
