The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.65 of 2020, registered under Sections 294 (b), 323 & 506 (i) IPC r/w Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 2.The petitioner is the mother of A1. A1 had been arrested and remanded to custody on 12.03.2020 and subsequently released on bail. It is stated that the petitioner herein had been granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 18.01.2021, in Crl.O.P.No.293 of 2021, along with two other accused. However, when the petitioner went to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate - I, Chegalpattu, it was found that the name of the petitioner was different from that of the Aadhar Card. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application for amendment for correcting her name. That was also allowed in Crl.M.P.No.3615 of 2021 on 25.03.2021. However, inspite of passage of more than two years, the petitioner has not surrendered. sli 3.When an anticipatory bail had already been granted and the condition has not been complied with, fresh anticipatory bail petition would not lie. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
