This original application has been filed for granting an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent, its men, agents, relatives or any persons claiming through or under it, from in any manner interfering with or disturbing the possession, enjoyment and functioning of the schedule property more fully described in the Judge's Summons by the applicant pending disposal of the arbitration proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal.

2. Taking into consideration that prima facie case has been made out, the respondent is restrained from interfering with the applicant's possession and the applicant shall continue to remain in the schedule property until the filing of the claim statement and thereafter, the learned Sole Arbitrator is at liberty to move the interim order considering the change of circumstances.
