ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard. This petition has been filed seeking limited direction to first respondent to dispose of petitioner's petition under Section 80A of the Town and Country Planning Act, which was filed on 26.05.2025.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that after filing of the revision petition, second respondent locked and sealed the premises on 11.08.2025.

3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, we are inclined to dispose of this petition with direction to first respondent

to decide the petitioner's petition as expeditiously as possible.
