ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct the respondents herein to reimburse the Medical Expenses incurred by the petitioner to treat his wife N.Saraswathi from "Uterus Cancer" amounting to a sum of Rs.65,450/- together with interest @ 12% p.a., within a time frame as deem fit.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that in connection with the order passed by this Court on 23.02.2022 and the proceedings of the third respondent in Rc.No.2072252/PHF-1/2022 dated 17.03.2022, the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner to treat his wife has been paid to him and the second respondent has also filed a Compliance Report to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on perusing the Compliance Report submitted by the second respondent, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
