Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to regularise the services of the petitioners based on the petitioner's representation with effect from the date of their appointment on Daily Rated basis with all other consequential benefits including difference of wages, seniority.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Mr.V.Ajayakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are working as N.M.R. and they were appointed on different dates and paid Rs.320/- per day. The petitioners are working more than 10 years, but they have not been regularised and not made permanent.

In this regard, the petitioners made representation on 12.10.2011 and 11.10.2019, but till date the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 12.10.2011 and 11.10.2019 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 5.Though the petitioners have sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 12.10.2011 and 11.10.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
