ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 13.10.2023 before the respondent bank to provide bank statement/statement of accounts for settling the loan, which he took in the year 2013. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2023 will be considered by the respondent within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent bank to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2023, by issuing notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
